We will be showcasing the YO-MIX® M11 starter culture that delivers extra mildness and creamy texture yogurt and share highlights from the recent consumer snack insights. Visitors at booth will be able to sample on 11 different concepts made with DuPont™ Danisco® ingredients. They include soy-dairy blended high protein coffee, healthy reduced sugar beverage, ready-to-drink multigrain milk. Other concepts include baked goods, fresh fermented yogurt, soft serve ice cream and a partial meat replacement meatball.
